super clean apartments with superb staff!
big balcony super clean apartment helpful staff
I always appreciate the big balcony. my apartment was super clean, it had all i needed. reception staff were helpful. Bar staff were pleasant. i found the location great, near a market and supermarket.
The fridge took a few days to be changed. I had to ask for toilet rolls. that was a small inconvenience.

the apartment included plenty of wardrobe and drawer space which was sufficient for all my needs, and towels were changed. the hob, kettle, toaster, and good-sized fridge were brand new. a proper hairdryer was available in the bathroom.

The bar offered breakfast and snacks. The bar staff were very helpful and always pleasant. They contributed to a positive holiday experience. the reception was open 24h and the reception staff were helpful.

the location was very good. i found the staff very helpful. i appreciated having an apartment rather than just a hotel bedroom.
the pool was not cleaned regularly enough. it was dangerously slippery. any surface near it was a hazard.

helpful staff friendly staff useful washing machine safe stay
I found the location to be great. the staff were friendly and helpful. The 24-hour reception was really useful. i appreciated the washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. i safety was good . it is a great place, and i will definitely stay again.
The pool wasn't cleaned regularly. Any surface was dangerously slippery. kids screamed, not helpful.

apartment was really amazing
great apartment great staff perfect location clean standard
i was so thrilled with my stay. the staffs rocks. they really go above and beyond . i really liked the location too, it was perfect. it gave easy access to everything. the apartment was really awesome it was cleaned to a great standard and its condition was very nice.
only slight negative thing was that sometimes people left drinks by the pool, not a big deal really.

the pool area includes a good size pool with plenty of loungers for sunbathing. the bar offers a wide selection of drinks and snacks all day. a market is situated very close to the building.

the staffs provides excellent service. they always help with a friendly attitude. the reception staffs are available 24/7. they assist with any questions and requests very fast.

adequate stay, some issues
uncomfortable sofabed dirty pool
The sofabed in the apartment was uncomfortable. we asked about getting it changed, but that was impossible. they put a blanket on it, it did not help at all. the pool area also had issues. left half-empty drinks everywhere, even in the kids' pool. staff tried to clean, but it was still unpleasant.

totally awesome apartment stay!!!
perfect location friendly staff clean apartment
the location was ABSOLUTELY perfect, only a short walk to the main areas. the staff was great, super friendly, and helpful! the apartment and pool area were kept SPOTLESSLY clean. towel change every other day is a HUGE plus!
The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly. We had to rely on a fan. the receptionist suggested leaving the a/c on all day so cool air could enter from the living room. That was not good.
